Orders are delivered within 4-7 working days from order date.

What canvas can I get my photos printed on?

We print your photos on 430gsm Acid-Free 100% Cotton Canvas.

What resolution do you print at?

All our printing devices print at a stunning 2880 x 1440 DPI.

Is the photo resolution checked during the upload or before it goes to printing on canvas?

Yes, once you upload your picture, the system informs you about the resolution of the picture adjusted for the size of the print chosen by you. We recommend you check the following link in order to know how to get the best canvas from your photos.

Can I have a different photo on the Free canvas print from the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offer?

Yes you can have a different photo on it, simply by uploading another photo and adding a second canvas (of the applicable size) to your basket.

What if I want multiple photos printed on one canvas ?

You can have up to 16 photos on one canvas, you can order collage prints here.

What is the maximum photo file size that I can upload?

The maximum file size of each photo is 21MB.

What is the photo format accepted during upload?

We accept JPG, JPEG, BMP,GIF and TIF image formats.

Will my photo on canvas come stretched on a frame?

Yes, all prices are for canvases stretched on high quality fir timber wooden frames. There is also an option to order the canvas rolled, which would reduce the standard price.

Will the colors fade?

The UV fade resistant - Museum Grade Pigment inks used by us for printing your canvas have a very long life expectancy.

Do you produce glossy canvas prints?

No. All our canvas prints have a MATTE, natural look.

What about post and packaging costs?

These are FREE for UK (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Isle of Wight). Unfortunately we can't deliver to Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

What is the depth of the stretcher frame?

You can have your canvas stretched on 1 inch or 1.8 inch thick frame, depending on what you select when you order, the price is the same!
