Howmany Megapixels resolution to get the right Split Canvas

Equipment will sometimes play a large role in the quality of your photographs. The camera that is available to you at the moment you want to snap a pic is one example. Most often, this might be a cell phone camera. However, I would rarely suggest using your cell phone camera to capture your most precious memories.

Although I can definitely agree with the convenience of the cell phone camera, I would still recommend carrying an actual camera with you when you’re out and about. The reason being, there are very few cell phone cameras with a resolution higher than two megapixels. Which can be a problem, since three megapixels is just about the lowest you would want to go if you plan on making prints larger than 5x7. If the resolution were any lower you would wind up with a very pixilated print. That’s when the tiny individual squares that make up the photo start to become noticeable to the human eye. This doesn’t necessarily mean you need to run out a buy a professional grade camera in order to have quality photos printed on canvas or a split canvas .
Chances are, the camera you have now is probably anywhere from three to six megapixels anyway. The important thing is to be aware of what you’re working with in order to know just how big you should go with your prints.
