Quality and Complaints

Every effort will be made to obtain the best possible graphic and printing reproduction on customer's work but because of the nature of the processes involved, we shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in graphic processing of the position of the picture on canvas, cropping amount, layout of the canvas overlap, stretching technique, color, brightness/contrast or texture between the customer's photograph and the printed Product.

We do check the images quality and resolution but the customer alone will bear the risk of any errors in the Products owing to incorrect data supplied.

You should be aware that the colors and appearances of pictures may vary from the way they appear on screen. Slight deviations in colour will not be regarded as defects.

Short or excess shipments of up to 10 % of the ordered print run that are customary in the trade must be accepted by you, provided they are reasonable.

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may have a right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

However, you will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the Products because the cancellation rights do not apply to the sale of custom-made articles or goods made to a consumer’s specification. All Products are provided as a bespoke service to the client on a one to one basis, based on the designs shown on this site. You, as the customer give the artist responsible full creative title to recreate the said artwork based on your size and style requests to the best of his/her ability.

Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned but damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for an exchange . All returns are dealt with by re-supply of prints.

Delivery

The delivery date is dependant upon receipt and confirmation by Crystal Canvas of all data and payments. The order is only worked on after receipt of payment. The beginning of the delivery time has to be postponed until receiving it accordingly.

The delivery period is specified in working days - Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

All delivery dates specified on our website and in all emails exchanged with our clients are estimated dates. We provide no guarantees regarding delivery dates and we will not accept any liability claimed as a result of  delivering orders on different dates than the dates appearing in our communication with the client.
