You are liable for ensuring that the data you supply does not infringe proprietary rights of third parties and that the contents of printed matter do not violate the applicable law. You will indemnify us without reservation if claims are asserted against Crystal Canvas due to the infringement of the rights of third parties.

You accept that communication with Crystal Canvas will be mainly electronic - we will contact you by email. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication.
All notices by you to Crystal Canvas must be given to infos@maxtive.com
We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter.
Crystal Canvas may transfer, assign, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of its rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
Crystal Canvas has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us.
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Crystal Canvas reserves the right to cancel any order without notice and without being required to provide the reason. All orders cancelled this way will be issued a full refund.
